During my second year of dental school at Tufts University in Boston, one of my professors was discussing patient care and said,
“If you treat everybody like family, you’ll always make the right decision.”
I have never forgotten this advice. I remember it every time I replace a filling, take the time to help a patient understand different treatment options, or simply listen to the concerns of a new patient.
The goal of our practice is to provide exceptional, personalized care and to treat our patients like family.
